liping's 21st

Fulfilled weekends i had.
Friday night was spent with the poly mates.
We met at 7pm at Plaza Sing just to have....LJS for dinner.
All of us were on budget you see.
We spent about 45 mins in LJS whining to each other.
The FYP people whine about thier fyp. Attachement people whine about their attachment and me, being the only one in study path, i whine to them alot too.
I was telling them how stress i was, rushing for projects and all.
I think the next meet-up will be like few months later. And yes, i'll make sure JasmineNG will turn up.

We walked down to Orchard after dinner.
Went over to Heeren to cam-whore because Shuling got to leave at 9pm.
Afterwhich, the rest of us walked over to Far East cos Dawnie wants to get slippers.
By the time we reached Far East, most, infact most of the shops are already closed.
So, we went over to Lido, sat down and chit-chatted till about 1030pm.
Geraldine and ShuHui left. Dawnie and myself sat for about another 1/2 an hr before we call it a night.
Heh! I was a good girl that night. Despite the number of calls i had, (to ask me club) i rejected ALL OF THEM!
See! Like i've said, i know when to work and when to play. =)
And when i got home, i did the ~~damn~~ report and it's almost finished. Still left with one more last point though.
I'm gonna work on the powerpoint slides later on!

Saturday as usual, had NDP Training in the morning.
After training, rushed home, bathed, watched about 1/2 an hour of MTV before leaving the house for youth fellowship.
Met Dawnie 6.30pm at Tampines interchange.
Went to search for Liping's present.

We reached Aloha Loyang at around 8.45pm.
I was glad to see some of the secondary school mates.
I think the only time all of us can get to see each other is only during birthday parties. And its great to see people growing from a young girl.....to a beautiful lady!
I miss my secondary school days.
We graduated from SAC about 5 years ago and look, all of us are turning/have already turned 21. How time flies!

Stress!

It's going to be 4am already.
I just got home from zouk about 1/2 an hr ago.
It was a damn super duper last minute decision to head down.
Night class ended at around 830pm. At that time, i've already decided NOT to head down anywhere but to stay at home and complete the ~~damn~~ 25 pages of report.
But, my dear devil got to call me and "tempt" me.
So, while on the way home he was talking to me, telling me that we should just go down zouk to swipe our card and check out the music and he will make sure i reach home like before 2am.
When i got home, i was seriously thinking if i should just head down zouk to swipe my card (since my card expires on 30th APRIL)
So, after much consideration, i decided to just get my ass down zouk to swipe my card.

Reached Zouk around 1130pm. And i told Russel that we can just leave and head down somewhere for supper.
Oh, and I Met Jiawei outside the entrance.
Rus and me joined him and his friends.
Thank goodness, i wasn't drunk tonight. =)
We left zouk at about 1245am. Went over to the prata shop opposite cos my stomach was growling.
I swear the prata sucks. But, there's no other food already.
We slacked at the prata shop till about 115am and then Rus got a call from that ~~fcuking~~ Timothy Quek!
We waited for almost an hr for him to arrive.
Went back in at 215. And by then, it was damn crowded already. (Phuture was empty cos it was playing house)
I left at 3am while Rus and that Timothy Quek cabbed down to MOS for second round. MAD!

Alright, and so tomorrow or rather today is public holiday.
I think i shall stay at home and be a good girl and complete the ~~damn~~ 25 PAGES of report!!
How great? There's TWO presentation next week.
Communication Skills presentation on Monday. Project and Case Studies presentation on Tuesday. And worst, we got to wear formal! Damn sucky can?
I'm feeling the stress already. There's like so many things happening from week 6 onwards. RESUME and Cover Letter got to be completed. And there's sooooo many lab tests happening on that week too. Man!

Indeed, year 3 is NOT easy.

Weekend was great!
Met up with Leonard on Friday. Like after so so so so so long.
Update a lil bit on each other while waiting for Dawnie to arrive.
Had LJS for dinner and we slacked around town.
Headed down to Phuture cos there's some event happening at Zouk.
Went to visit Chantel too. And i'm so glad to see dearest Zihui. =)
I shan't say what happened that night. Let's just say i felt very giddy when i got home at around 4am! Thanks to the people who took care of me that night. And i'm super sorry!

Saturday: Had NDP Team Leader's day camp held at ITE Simei.
I had a slight headache so i din take part in the high hope elements and rafting.
The whole camp ended at around 9pm.
JunYan gave us a lift to AMK station and i was telling Hau Teng about my grandma.
Like, how she passed on and etc.
I tried to control my tears and i realised everytime i talked about granny, i'll feel that she's just right beside me.
Oh wells, i dreamt of her last month and I hope i can dream of her again!

Anyways, today's worship was great - led by Charissa Tan!
I could really felt the presence of God. =)
You know, sometimes (infact i think its always) i feel that i've neglected God. I don't read the bible, i don't give thanks to the food before i eat, i don't pray before i go to sleep, etc. But nonetheless, i know he's ALWAYS there protecting and blessing me. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD! Amen. =)

After service, i cam-whored with Evangeline the vain pot. She's only P1 this year and she's super hiao can!
I miss her soooooooooo much la...as much as i miss her pretty sis; Victoria.
I don't know when can i see Evangeline again but i do hope her mum will come back to church one day. Same goes to Vic. I really hope to see you back in church.

Went down town to meet the ex poly mate.
Caught Wild Hogs and i must say it's a very funny movie.
I was feeling soooo cold in the cinema that i almost couldn't breathe.
I thought i was going to die can!
Accompanied Jeffery to get his IPOD. And im so tempted to get the Ipod Nano.
Haha! I shall ask my sis to get it for me as belated birthday present since she ask me what i want.
We walked over to Zara cos i want to get a top. But, i couldn't find so went to Topshop instead.
In there, we witnessed two girls who got caught cos they shop-lift.
How dumb can the girl get? She hid the stuff she stole under her clothes and worst still, the tag was not even cut off.
I think she felt very embarrassed cos she got caught just right outside the entrance/exit of Topman and and and there were many many guys/people looking at her!
I think she's a secondary school student. What a pity and she's not bad-looking too!

Anyways, we went our separate ways after that cos poor Jeff, he got to book in tonight.
Went over to Toa Payoh's Pizza Hut to look for Aunt, Uncle and the two brats.
Its been ages since i last ate Pizza Hut man.
And i'm glad things between my Uncle and Aunt is getting better.
I hope there won't be anymore major quarrels in the future.

Alright, back to Ugly Betty and America's Next Top Model will be next.

week 2

I'm beginning to get used to my new classmates already.
They are a bunch of nice and FUNNY people.
Still, i miss the old cliques. Ever since year 2 ended, i've not been meeting up with them.
I wonder how are they getting along.

Anyways, school is alright so far.
Just that there's alot of presentation and reports to hand in.
I love Wednesdays cos it's like the most slack day.
Lecture, as usual is as boring as ever.
I was practically falling asleep the whole time and was counting down to 5pm!

Went FJ to meet chloe and the rest.
Slacked in there till about 630pm.
Went off to meet Teo at City Hall.
Walked over to our usual hangout place (Marina Square) and had our usual food (LJS)
Afterwhich, we walked over to Esplanade and took many many photos. (waiting for Miss Tham to send it over)

And yes, i think i should not worry about the 25 pages of report because i've got myself two capable partners; KEITH AND MARCUS!!! (haha)

Oh, and did i mention it before? This year's NDP will be held at -i can't remember its Marina Bay or Esplanade- and the stage will be a floating platform!!! Want to how cool sia?

shopping spree

Met up with GF after church yesterday.
We went on a huge shopping spree at Bugis and Town. And i really meant HUGE!
Cos we were so busy with our shopping till we forgot about the time and and and, the only time we sat down was on bus no 7 while we were on the way to town from Bugis.
My legs were aching when i got home.
[Sorry Summer, i tried to control my itchy hands but i couldn't. I promise you i won't shop till we reach Bangkok. Make sure you don't too. =)]
I'm damn broke now. My pockets are freaking dry! My bank is freaking empty!
All i can do now is to wait for Char1's call to see if office need people.

It's already week 2 and great, i've not started doing the 25 pages of report!!!
Communication Skills presentation will be in week 6/7.
Indeed, it's not easy to pass year 3.
Out of a sudden, i'm feeling the stress!!!!

And yes, i'll be meeting the emo gang this Thursday! Like finally.

I just got home not long ago from Choa Chu Kang.
Went there to celebrate Jenny's 21st birthday.
I reached her place at around 720pm and left around 8pm.
Just right after she cut her cake.
I felt sooo weird at her party.
Thank God there's people like BENITAHO, Miss Tham, CherVictoriaWilliam, Xinyi, Peishan and YanKai. =)

I headed down to Alvin's house after that to slack.
And the bus journey from CCK to Toa Payoh was ~~fcuking~~ super long.

It's Friday and guess what? I'm at home.
Was supposed to be my rest day today but i head down office to work.
I was so tempted to call charissa to lie to her that i'm sick.
But since i'm going Bangkok SOON, i forced myself out of bed and went to bathe.
My eyes were closing while bathing.
Reached office at around 945am and i start to count down for lunch already.

Walked over to Everton Road for lunch.
Had prawn noodles which i think it's very nice. =)
Back to office at 2pm.
And i was practically falling asleep.
I clocked out at 630pm and went home straight after that.
Ever since school started, i'm becoming more and more tired.
And yes, i NEED TO TAN!!!

It's only 1030PM now and i already feel like sleeping! Ok, I shall head to bed now.!

You know, being the oldest (year 3) in school kinda suck.
Reports, Projects, Assignments, etc start flowing in in week ONE already.
There's Presentation every four weeks on every wednesday. HOW GREAT?
And my journey in poly will soon come to an end.
How time flies!

Oh, yesterday i met up with Benjamin after meeting.
We headed down to Novena to check out their new shopping centre; Velocity.
Apparently, there's nothing much over there and there's no crowd at all.
We decided to walk down to town to have our dinner.
My gosh! This is the FIRST time i walked all the way from NOVENA to ORCHARD!
Can you imagine how many calories of fats got burnt away?
Ben says next time he wont allow me to walk. why? cos he will drive instead. What only!

During that looooooooooong walk from Novena to Far East, we had a good talk.
It's also the first time we talked so much after we known each other.
Had LJS for dinner. Ages since i last ate LJS.
We continued with our conversation and headed down to Topshop.
Shopped awhile and we decided to call it a day.

This morning, i forced myself to wake up.
Ever since school started, i've been sleeping early for the past few nights.
It's only the first week of school and there's so many things to be done already.
And yes, i seriously miss the OLD lecture hall people.

Year 3

School is alright so far.
My new class sucks. Cos we're seperated into two groups.
The chinese and the malays.
Thank God i have Wentao, Liang Lin, Rosalind, Keith and Marcus together with me.
Somehow i miss my old class (EI0510)
Though we have conflicts and disputes among each other, i still prefer the old classmates. (surprisingly)

Lecture is as boring as ever.
The lecture hall is not even 1/2 filled. And there's only 2 classes.
This is the first time i see soooo little people in a lecture hall.
That shows how small our class is.
I don't understand why must we change class in our 3rd year.
Seriously, i'm starting to miss my year 1 and year 2 days.

Anyways, it's only the second day of school and guess what?
We have reports and assignments to hand in already.
And year 3 modules are damn difficult.
So far, i don't understand a single ~~shit~~ thing on the lab sessions.
And all year 3 students MUST TAKE NATIONAL EDUCATION module!!!!
Miss Wong said it's something like secondary school social studies/history.
And excursions will be held too. Hah! sounds so fun!

Friday night was spent with Chermaine and Dawn.
Was supposed to meet Chermaine 630PM outside shaw entrance.
Told her to wait for me cos i will be late. In the end, she was even later.
Wasted my train fare ah! Waited for her for like 10 mins?
And then we went in to check out Origins Pimples cream.
Just a small bottle itself cost about 24 bucks. Want to how ex?

After which, we walked down to Heeren to meet Dawn for dinner.
(Dawn and I was supposed to meet up to get Kenneth's bday present.)
Dinner was at Sakae Sushi. (YES! AGAIN!)
We spent almost an hr inside. Chermaine and Dawn couldn't stop taking photos. (lols)
And yes, i was basically eating most of the time. =)
Dawn received a call from Jeremy asking us if we wanna head down Phuture.
I was actually quite RELUCTANT to head down but i din want to go home so early on a friday night and i din want to leave Dawn alone too.
And so, we agreed to meet Jeremy and his friends 11pm outside Zouk.
Chermaine left soon after.

Dawn and I left for Phuture.
Surprisingly, there wasn't any queue at all.
Met up with Jeremy and his friends.
That night was freaking boring. I think i sort of lost interest in clubbing already. =)

I got home at 4am. All thanks to Xindu! He made me drink like 1 whole jug of his -i don't know what- drink.
I concussed right after i got home.

Woke up at around 1pm+ the next day.
Thanks to Dawn who gave me "morning" call.
Met her at Bugis to pluck my eyebrows and to search for her red top.
She received a call from her aunt on Friday night.
Her aunt was asking her whether she's interested to work for a birthday event at some shophouses along Kim Yan Road.
And they are paying us 1 hr 12 bucks.
Dawn asked if im interested, i thought, why not?
The theme for the event was RED and YELLOW! They want to Chinese New Year is it? Like so weird.
Anyways, we agreed to work from 7pm-11pm.

Took a cab down from Clarke Quay Station cos we couldn't find the ~~damn~~ place.
And so, work started.
Everything went pretty well until at the very end.
I was walking DOWN the stairs with a tray of about 3-4 wine glasses.
And guess what? I missed ONE step and ta-dah, there goes the glasses!
Few years back when i was working as a banquet waitress, i spilled WHITE wine on a guest shouler. Thank God, the guest was damn friendly. He can even joke with me and asked me for 4 digits!
I think i can never work F&B line anymore.
Something bound to happen at the end of the day.
Oh, and we got to know a girl who is a full timer name Chantel who happen to work at Phuture (part-time) as a sound and audio mixer. She's the one who always stands beside Andrew Chow.
And she passed us this one whole stack of invites for this event on 27th April which admits 2 before 11pm. How nice! =)

Sunday:
Headed down to Sentosa after service to meet Cheryl, Sabrina, Kenneth, Tattoo and Wee.
Also, to meet Chloe and gang to celebrate her birthday.
By the time i reached Silosa Beach, the sun wasn't that strong anymore.
Still, managed to tan for a few hours.
It's been ages since we went tanning together. Took many many pictures with Kenneth's camera.
Left Sentosa around 5+.
Accompanied Sabby to Bugis to meet up with her Games Department for awhile.
Poor Sabby, she was down with fever and headache.
We slacked at Bugis Food Junction ranting about the past till about 820pm.
And Sabby decided to have her hair cut SHORT!

And so, we walked over to Jean Yip. But it was already closed.
Sabby settled down on Reds Hairdressing instead.
While waiting for her, kenneth, wee, ws and myself were fooling around with a magazine.
The whole salon was filled with our laughter! Damn funny la.

Was about to take a shower when i received a call from AlvinKhoo!
Went downstairs to meet him, hy, ka and kelly.
Alvin drove us to Toa Payoh Lor 5 where we had Rojak and Ban Mien for supper!
Left Lor 5 around 1230am!
And the whole family is asleep by the time i reached home.
Gosh, the time now is 235AM!!!! And guess what? TIME TO HEAD BACK TO SCHOOL IN ABOUT 11 HOURS TIME!!!!
I hate mondays cos i have lessons from 1pm all the way till 830PM!
Oh, at least i don't have to spend my Friday nights in school anymore.

The Reaping

Caught The Reaping with Kenneth and Melvin last night.
They drove all the way from Tampines to Toa Payoh to pick me up and we proceeded to PS.
The only time slot for The Reaping was at 920pm.
And guess what? Most of the people in the cinema were in pairs.
I felt so weird sitting in between kenneth and melvin.
But it was great watching movie with kenneth because he keeps making people laugh.

Met up with PLP after movie. It's been a while since the both of us sat down and had a long talk.
Got home at around 245am. Aaron was kind enough to fetch me home though he has to wake up at 7am this morning.
And i've a VERY bad sore eyes when i woke up this morning. Till now it's still red.

Oh and i've just read the email Eugene sent.
Maybe i'm too sensitive, paronoid. I don't know. I just hope everything will be fine.
And to my fellow excos (IF you people are reading this) i'm sorry for causing so much troubles during the orientation stage.
I guess i need time to re-consider about the whole stepping down issue.
I need to be off tag for awhile.

Yesterday was my last day of work at Harbourfront.
No more waking up early in the morning, squeezing my way through to board the train and etc.
Yesterday was the most busy day.
And everybody was late for work.
Oh wells, but i had fun working. Except for that big fat ass who kept telling us that he's the cousin of our boss and so on and so on.
And he tapped into our walkie talkie channel and said WE are disturbing the security's channel. Like wtf? We have been using channel 5 all the way. And because of his remarks, we sort of messed up the last ferry trip.

And we realised that our two extra walkie talkie batteries went missing.
Great! Camera went missing on the first day. Walkie talkie batteries went missing on the Last day. The two most expensive stuffs went missing. How great!
I hope our boss won't deduct our $100 bonus.

Okie, so that means i'm jobless now!
But good, at least i have a week to rest and relax before school starts next week.
How time flies! 2 months passed just like that.
And soon, i'll have to go out and find a proper job.

Oh btw, i'm actually working at this event called Reflections at Keppel Bay where our company is co-ordinating with the cruise company and keppel company.

Work is fine.
Just that, waking up early in the morning (eg: 545AM/715AM) and squeezing into the train with all the office ladies and gentlemen is NOT fine.
When u're running down from the escalator, and about to reach the train, the door closes.
I hate it when i missed the train. Cos, it's so embarrassing. People from inside will stare at u before the train moves.

Anyways, work is not that bad.
Gina (our supervisor) put me as her assistant and that means i got to oversee the whole event when she's not around.
And she says if everything turns out well/fine, she'll give all 8 of us $100 bonus at the end of the event. =)

My job is to sit at a corner and wait for people/guests to register for the cruise.
All i have to do is to make sure they sign the indemnity form and issue them a pass.
Of cos, i'm not doing it alone. Qiuru and Novem are together with me at the registration counter.
Most of the time, we were either slacking, eating, chit-chatting or just looking around.
Why? cos the people are too busy to board the cruise. They rather queue up to buy/book the condo units then to sit the cruise, looking at the scenery around the island when the condo is built.

And since there wasn't many people who board the cruise, we followed the last batch of people who registered and most of them are actually the property agents.

Qiuru, Gina (this girl is not our supervisor. She's one of the part-timer who took over kenneth place for today only)

The whole journey took about 30 mins. And we took many many photos on board.
(Most of it in Qiuru's phone though.)

We found out that our company's camera went missing.
And we suspect that somebody went in to the storeroom and ransacked our luggage (where we put all our stuffs in)
I thought the security is very tight? Why did this happened? *sigh*

Anyways, the event will last till sunday evening.
Past two days wasn't that busy because the event is only for invited guests. And that means these people are those who are earning freaking BIG bucks a month.
Friday onwards will be open to the public. And Keppel will release the rest of the units during that three days.
I seriously hope everything will turn out fine on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Oh wells, i was supposed to head down zouk tonight. But i'm i'm too too too too tired to do so. Sorry dearest devil and pris for putting aeroplane last minute.

Had memorial service for granny this afternoon at Mandai.
It's been almost a month since she passed away.
How time flies.

Anyways, I was actually looking forward for 2nd of April.
But i guess, it doesn't bother me anymore.

I just hope everything turns out fine.

And i won't be blogging for the next few weeks (i think)
Cos i'll be busy working.

Time for Ugly Betty. And yes, i'm looking forward for MAY 17. =)

I'm still deciding if i should head down school tomorrow (since i'm not working)
But then again, if i go back suddenly, i'll be like a complete stranger to them.
And i'll feel weird.
So i guess, i've made up my mind.

Dad finally got me my laptop.
We spent almost an hour at Sim Lim Square comparing prices.
I actually wanted to get Acer but Acer launching Windows Vista now and I don't quite trust Vista cos its not stable yet.
So, after deciding for sooooo long, decided to get Packard Bell.
Though i never heard of this brand before, every shop that we went seems to be promoting this brand.
So, i settled down on this.

Oh, before i bid goodbye to my dad, he said he wants a meeting with the three of us (bro, sis and myself)
He refused to allow us to stay with our mum.
On the other hand, mum wants a meeting with the three of us too.
*sigh* This whole shifting out issue is getting from bad to worse.
I rather we three rent a flat and live on our own. (right, that's if we can afford it)

Oh wells, let God decide. I'm sure he has plans for us. =)
And yes, i'm heading back to Bangkok this May with that chilli padi.
Air ticket booked. Left with accomodation.

And i hate it when i'm sick.
Been coughing like mad since Wednesday. Fever keeps going on and off.

Work tomorrow. Hopefully we can finish typing everything.

Things are not going well in the family ever since the huge "fight" on Sunday morning.
Aunty and Uncle has been ignoring each other. To be exact, 5 days!!!
I wonder how long will this war recover.
Seriously, i think its time for me, my sis and bro to move out.

BUT, where can we go? *sigh*

How time flies.
It has been a month since MAMA (my grandma - that's what we normally calls her) passed away.
Still, memories of her kept flashing through my mind.
I know i've been saying and repeating non-stop....But, i just can't seem to get my grandma off my head.
Sometimes, when i'm on the bus. I think of her.
Everynight before i sleep, I think of her.
Whenever i listen to that Hokkien song, i think of her.
If only she knows how much I missed her.
I've never told her I love You when she was still alive.
I guess its' too late now....

Mama, I love you!

People always say: You'll only know when you treasure someone when that someone is gone.
Now, i totally agree with it.

Mama will always be treasured and cherised.

Sakae again

I think i've gained almost 5kg for the past few days.
Been going back to school practically everyday and most of the time, i'm eating.
The excos are so addicted to Mahjong that some of us got to "book" the seats to play.
All thanks to Mervyn for bringing the small mahjong set. (It's our only source of entertainment.)
Somehow i feel that i'm not even needed.
Cos basically, i've no idea what exactly is my role.

Anyways, met up with the poly classmates at Heeren last night.
Had Sakae Sushi for dinner (again)
We waited for almost 15-30 mins for our turn.
As usual, Jasmine didn't turn up because her boyfriend is more important then us.
Seems like everybody is complaining about their final year project and industrial attachment.
Is it really that bad?
I hope i'll get GOOD project mates and GOOD company.

After dinner, we walked down to Paragon.
Started to cam-whore.
We tried our very best to capture a group picture but it was too difficult because alot of people were staring.

We walked down to Lido after that.
Suhui and Geraldine left early because Geraldine wasn't feeling well.
Waited for Dennis to come and pick Shuling up.
And i felt so bad cos i hitched a ride from him. /thanks Mr Thomas.

Went to meet Chermaine, Jenny and Izumi after that.
Andrew Wong looks sooooo cute in his botak hairstyle.

And thanks Nicholas for sending me home. =) (though i think he won't see this)

Today, woke up early for GEL City Race.
And we lost to a bunch of secondary 2 students.
To be exact, my cousin and her friends.
And the we includes: Shawn, Jerome, Kenneth, Hongwee and Myself. Haha.
Though we lost, we still had fun! =)
Surprisingly, we walked to most of the checkpoints instead of taking public transport.
And we spent almost an hr at MOS burger gossipping. That explains why we only completed 13 checkpoints out of 26.
But i guess, we all had fun!

Now that the planning stage has started, it reminds me of the times when i myself was in their (OGLs 07) shoes.
Updating each other on everything. Like "I'm shane from DET. Total strength 10, current strength 1." HAHA...Shane is sucha funny guy. I miss those days man.
McDonald's was our only source of food that time. Imagine the number of kgs we've gained.
But i must say, after that 3 weeks of hardwork, it pays off!
And now, its the time for a new batch to take over.

Busy week

Past few days were rather busy.
Worked from Mon-Wed at Outram.
Then, it was CampEagle the next day till Friday.
Saturday had Excos meeting at Shui's condo.
Then went for family dinner at Ang Mo Kio where the famous crab was located.
Sadly, i couldn't taste anything cos i was down with bad flu and cough.
Sunday, skipped church cos i was too tired/sleepy and feeling sick.
And because of that, i couldn't head down to the IT fair.

Gosh, i had a busy week.
And due to the busy week, i'm down with slight fever, bad cough and terrible flu.
I doubt i won't be working for the food fair this wednesday.

The whole family skipped church today.
None of us went over to the main church for their 50th anniversary.
This is the first sunday i could stay at home and catch the SCV repeat telecast of Under the Canopy of Love.
Woke up at around 10.30am. Had Chee Chong Fun for breakfast.
Waited for aunty to prepare for the steamboat dinner at night then we headed down to Mandai to visit my grandma.

At there, memories of her started flowing through my mind. (again)
And we couldn't stop talking about her.
And we realised that her niche number is 0215. the date that she passed away.
Everything seems to be so well-planned.
Had Wanton noodles for lunch.
Sis and I walked around TPY central. And we started talking about granny again. *sigh*

Oh wells, school will never be fun without the cliques.
All of us are going our seperate ways. And i'm sure it's VERY difficult for us to have a gathering.
But whatever it is, i'm glad that i've made a few wonderful friends in my poly life.

Friday night was spent with Dawn and Summer girl.
Initially, we wanted to catch Dreamgirls at PS but the rain was sooo heavy that we decided to meet abit later.
Met the girls at 7pm and as usual, all of us wasn't punctual.

Went to my all time favourite shop F21 and we spent almost 45 mins in there trying on clothes.
the 3 of us left the store with a paper bag on our hands. =)
Next was Zara then to Mphosis and Mango.
Tried on clothes but din got any. Not because we din want to but there wasn't any size left.
Headed down to Pull and Bear next and last stop was Topshop.
Basically, we spent our movie money on shopping.
I wonder when will be the next time we can hang out again.

Dawn left at around 9.45pm.
Summer and myself had our very late dinner at Pepper Lunch. /yummy yum yum.

She and her Chicken set.

This is the first time the both of us had sucha long conversation with each other.
And i agree with her, doesn't mean you're good friend with this person means you can trust him/her.
Doesn't mean you hang out with this friend most of the time, this friend is your close friend.
Well...i do agree with her points.
And I'm glad she trust me enough to tell me her secrets. =)
Summer and I are not that kinda friends that will hang out together often. That's because she's busy with her work and i'm busy with my own stuffs.
But i'm glad the both of us got closer and we both got to know each other better.

We were the last 2 to leave Pepper Lunch.
We were deciding where to go after our dinner.
Should we go clubbing or just slack around town? We spent about 10-15 mins in the toilet deciding.

While walking down to Heeren, we decided to head down Zouk for some birthday celebration! (right summer?)
Initially, we din want to club because we were full of shopping bags.
But since Xu Jinyong bringing her in, we decided to go for a short while and also at the same time, i can take my attendance.
We left at around 130am because we were feeling damn tired/sleepy.

And i forced myself to wake up for NDP training today.
This year's NDP sounds fun! Why? Because, the stage is a FLOATING platform! cool huh?

I wrote a looooong entry but my comp hanged on me. So irritating. I shall not write so much for this entry.

Oh wells, 27th February marks the end of my 2 years in poly.
I'm very confident that i'll fare very badly for this sem. Too much things had happened over the last few weeks.
Anyways, after our paper on Tuesday, Dawn, Geraldine, Su Hui, Shuling and myself took 162 down to town.
Jasmine as usual din want to join us.

And while waiting for the bus, Andrew came and talk to us. haha.

We had our lunch at PS' Pastamania.
Shuling left to meet her friend while the rest of us caught Norbit.
After which, we went to Daiso to shop a lil while before heading home.

After dinner on Wednesday, decided to head down phuture.
Met GABRIEL YIP there as well and not forgetting the small size junxiong. lols.
Now that polys are having holidays, phuture will be twice as crowded as per normal days. Sooo irritating.

Presenting....SIT CLUB Sports Department.

So don't look like sports department at all [especially me]

Anyways, i'm coping well with the demise of my granny.
The other day, we were packing her drawers and we came across so many things that grandma left behind.
I've learnt to treasure the people around me more.
And I've learnt how to stop liking people.
Me (and the family) must treasure my grandfather more than before.
We're asking him to retire and stay at home and rest or either do volunteer work or take up some senior citizens acitivities.
I guess my granny's death is like a wake up call for all of us.
I hope this will be a breakthrough for my brother and my parents to accept Christ.

I sincerely thank those people who came down for the wake and those who sent their condolences.
Leaving this world is part and parcel of life. Its just a matter of time.
So, i got to accept the fact that my granny has indeed left this world for a better place.
And i'm glad that she passed away peacefully.
Thanks for all your concern people. I'm fine! =)

There's soooo many things that i want to tell her.

But i guess, it's too late.

Come to think of it, what he said was true.
I've never hit my target of scoring A. I've never acheive what i want.
So, what's the point of studying so hard?

And yes, i truly admit that i'm a computer idiot!
I'm never good in doing things.
I'm not up to people's standard.
I create trouble. Whatever i do is never up to expectations.
And my attitude sucks!

Chinatown

Went chinatown last night with aunt, uncle and cousin.
Goodness, we had a hard time squeezing our way out.
And everyone is pushing here and there. Some bloody fat ass aunty kept pushing us from behind and i got so angry that i pushed her back.
She kept starring at me. I ignored her and i pushed her back again.
WTH? Don't think i'm thin/boney you can do this ok?
And mind you, there is practically NO space to walk at all. Push also no use.
It's people like her that spoils the mood.

After squeezing out one of the lanes, we gave up!
Wanted to eat the porridge at Maxwell but was toooooooo crowded.
So, we had frog leg porridge instead near people's park complex.
And we waited for about 1/2 an hr for our food to arrive.
Till now, i don't even have the Chinese New Year feeling.
Oh wells, at least the pussywillow in my house helps abit.

There will be some lunch buffet this Wednesday with the school principle and director.
I wonder where will it be.

And yes, i will start mugging tonight.

Last day of school

Blogger is so troublesome now.
Got to sign in using google account and i got to purposely create a google account just to sign in.
Oh wells.

Anyways, OOAD test was so-so.
Clumsy me, i went to delete the whole use case diagram. And i only realised at the last 5 mins before submission.
So, i handed in an incomplete work. How dumb can i get?
And it was C++ common test after lunch.
Initially, i had ONLY 1 error.
And being the "smart" me, i went to change the whole function and when i execute, it pop up 7 errors!! HOW GREAT?
Debug and debug and debug. Couldn't debug the ~~fucking~~ error.
I felt soooo pissed that i gave up!

C++ project presentation next.
Jas and myself explained to the lecturer that we tried out best to debug our program.
And so, Mr Chew gave us a few questions to answer and asked us to hand in our -not working- program.
I SO HOPE THERE WON'T BE ANYMORE C++ NEXT YEAR!

Okie, so, today is the last day of school.
I'm so gonna miss EI0510. (though im not close to the other half of the classmates)
Well, is not that i don't wanna be close/nice to them. (kl and yl: you 2 are NOT involve)Is just that we always try to be nice. But......it doesn't work. Oh wells. NVM!
I just hope i will get good classmates in year three.
And seriously, i'll miss the cliques - Suhui, Geraldine, Jasmine, Shuling, Dawn, Sunni, 159 khaki, Jerome, CHEE HONG, Tattoo and Marcus.
They are the ones that make my days in EI0510 memorable.
I'll definitely miss the days where we eat together in the canteen, doing silly things, laughing like nobody's business, skipping lectures, going toilet to cam-whore and the list goes on and on.......

I'm so dissapointed with the guys....We skipped lunch because we agreed to indulge in a big feast .
In the end, they put us aeroplane. *sigh*

Anyways, we lunch-ed at Heeren's Sakae.
Had student Buffet and i swear we ate hell loads. Especially Shuling and Myself.
The couple beside us kept looking over at our table because our table is filled with shushi plates.
We ordered alot at one go because their last order was 5.30pm.
Spent almost 2 hours in there eating and eating and eating NON-STOP.
I think i've gained about 5kg or maybe even more.

Had church as usual.
Was blowing my nose throughout service.

After church, waited for aunt and the two brats. Headed down to Tampines together to do some CNY shopping.

Almost everywhere is selling the same thing.
And i seriously can't stand shops that plays the Chinese New Year songs SOOOOOO loud.
We spent almost 3 hours at TM walking around.

Shopped for goodies and sweets.
In the end, after spending soooo much time choosing the new year plant, my aunt decided not to buy.
So much for waiting.....
I love CNY!!! Cos CNY is the only time where all the markets open till late midnights.

TERRIBLE Cramp

I can truly understand why my girl friends around me says "never drink cold drinks when you're having your period."
And today, i've learnt my lesson. Never drink coke when you're having mens.
My cramp was sooooooooooo x 789456412 bad that my tears rolled down.
And yes, it's the first time i'm having such TERRIBLE cramp!
At that time, i felt like i was dying and i swear the only thing i wanted to do was to just end my life.
I know it sounds stupid BUT it was damn pain ok?

Thanks to shuling and hongwee for being by my side. Thanks for accompanying me to the bus stop! =)

Jurong Point

Dawn and Myself decided to skip OOAD's e-learning yesterday while the rest of the cliques stayed.
Both of us travelled all the way to Boon Lay cos Dawn had never been to Jurong Point before. (due to the fact that she stays at the other end of Singapore)
Initially, we wanted to head to IMM but i din know how to walk from Jurong East. So, we went JP instead.
The journey from YCK to Boon Lay took us about 30-45mins.
When we reached Boon Lay, we were shocked by the number of people at Jurong Point.
It was as though, it's a public holiday and the place is filled with boys and girls in school uniform.
And looking at the girls in uniform, it reminds me of KENNETH NG!

We walked aimlessly around JP.
Bought breads from Crystal Jade and sat at some pathetic corner to slack.
Went over to John Little and we spent almost 1/2 an hr choosing cosmetics.
I was kinda shocked that we spent quite a while there becuase i hardly put on make-ups and i can't believe i actually bought an eye liner.
Oh wells, impulse buying yet again.
We left JP at around 640pm.

I had Wanton Noodles for dinner and a few pieces of sambal sotong. =)
Managed to catch the last 10 mins of The Arena.
I used to think debating competitions are for nerds. But hey, i was wrong.
Infact, i find it VERY interesting. And i'm so impressed with these young people nowadays.

Started studying for IPD at only 1.15am!
Helped my Sec 2 cousin to summarise her powerpoint project on Elizabeth Choy.
I did till my computer hanged. Gosh! I think i seriously need a laptop.

Oh and NDP will start this Saturday. fun fun!
And that means my saturday sleeping time will be gone!

Saturday night was spent at Regent Hotel.
We (Mae, Mel, Alisa, Gina, JJ, Nicole and Myself) had a surprise birthday party for Cheryl Leong. And its all planned by Nicole Lee.
How sweet! She booked the highest room! Bought so much food! And decorated the room with candles + balloons!
If i had a boyfriend and he surprise me like this, i think i'll cry and hug him immediately.
Gina ordered 2 large pizzas. Alisa brought her special salad. Nicole baked the birthday cake. Mae and Mel bought pineapple juice (to mix with Malibu). All i did was to show my face!
Damn. I felt like i was super extra.
Oh wells, though there was only like a few of us, we did had fun playing -i can't remember what- poker, death match and etc.

We slacked in the room talking/gossipping. It felt so much like the good old days..........
I felt like we were having some SAC gathering. And surprisingly, Nic pratically knows everyone we talked about.

And yes, i finally bought a new phone. All thanks to my "BOBO". =)

Yesterday, met up with Chloe and Calvin Teo.
We had our dinner at Marina Square's Pizza Hut. Ages since i ate Pizza.
We sat inside Pizza Hut talking non-stop.
It's always GREAT to hang out with the both of them.
Because with Calvin around, you'll never feel bored. =)
And he ALWAYS refused to smile for the camera. What only!

And then, Chloe remembered something. She forgot to return Calvin his SIT-Club notice board picture. And when she returned, we decided to ask Calvin to...........

After dinner, we walked over to Esplanade to slack.

We ended the night at around 10.30pm because Chloe has to work the next day and I was kinda sleepy too.

Year 3 specilisation

Year 3 specilisation was released on Friday through NAX.
All of us were so anxious to find out what specilisation we got, till we left the lecture hall half an hour earlier.
Oh wells, i got in to E-Logistics. *yay* And i'm doing Path A. (which means, im staying in school to study first)
The rest of my classmates are doing attachment first. Except for a few of them who has valid reasons.

Night Class on Friday was ALRIGHT.
The whole class requested to end early and ta-dah, the lecturer let us off an hour earlier.
If only every Friday is like this.

Anyhows, headed down to Jiak Kim street because i had 6 free invites.
Passed the free invites to Jieying and the ITE mates.
And i was soooooo happy to bump into Charles there.
The songs were VERY VERY boring that night.
And everywhere, there seems to be people frenching/fighting and etc..
Poor alan, he got soooo drunk that JK got to carry him out.

Oh wells, no more clubbing for me for the next few weeks.
Why? because i wanna concentrate on my studies. Exams are coming!

Yesterday after school, went town with the polymates.
Immediately when we reached Orchard, it started to rain cats and dogs.
So, we shopped around Wisma waiting for the rain to stop.
Went in to Forever21. I was so tempted to get that Red dress.
But looking at the fact that my bank has less than 500bucks, i decided to give it a miss.
Went in to Topshop. After considering for soooooooo long, i decided to get that tube dress using my $40 gift card.
And now, i sort of regretted buying it because it's too freaking short.
Oh wells, i'm always buying things on impulse. Someone please stop me!

We anchored the whole of Taka hoping that the rain will get smaller.
Sadly the rain was damn heavy.
But, we were so desperate to head to Far East because i need to get the damn slippers.
And so, i pluck up my courage to call Jon who is working at Pacific Plaza, to lend me umbrella.
Borrowed 2 umbrellas from him and we managed to cross over to Far East.
Poor tattoo, he fell down. (Which made me felt so guilty)

Got my damn slippers and the rain finally stopped.
Walked back to Pac Plaza to return Jon his umbrella.
And then walked over to Orchard Station to meet Gerald for dinner.
Dinner-ed at Pepper Lunch.
Went in to Pull and Bear and the top that i wanted is not selling anymore....How sickening?
We decided to end the night at around 9.15pm because i was yawning away.
Waited for bus 143 for so bloody long..The bus arrived only at 9.50pm.
Catched American Idol on TV Mobile and i must say AI is so much better than Sg Idol.

Slept at 2am last night. And because i slept so late, i couldn't wake up this morning.
Lesson at 1010am. Reached lab at 10.40am.
I was so worried the lecturer will mark me absent because my attendance is very poor.
And i wouldn't want to get debarred for BPO.

Oh, on another note. I just received a call from Alvin.
He said HongYuan got into a car accident.
My gosh, can you people PLEASE drive carefully??

And yes, exam schedule is out.

Re-vamp

My house is having a revamp.
This afternoon, the new sofa came. Followed by the new cupboard.
Few days ago, the new dining table came and Thursday night, the new computer came. And right now, i'm using the new comp to blog.
I so hope my dad will be free tomorrow so that i can get my laptop.
I managed to psycho him to get me one. And he said if he's free tmr, he will bring me to Funan the IT mall to get one.

C++ presentation yesterday was quite OK.
At first, my program had 89 freaking errors.
Spent the rest of the afternoon debuging the errors and in the end, we still have 1 error not solved. Couldn't find out where the error was.
Mr Chew asked us to hand in the whole program next week, and he asked Jasmine and myself to add in new stuffs into the programme.
So, 1 project down (not exactly done, just need to be edited) 2 more to go.
And then, its exams...and its 2 months HOLIDAY! =)

After school, took bus home. Bathed, changed and went to meet Aaron and the rest.
Was raining super heavily.
Called Alvin to pick me up from Orchard Station. Poor him, got into an accident.
Alvin: Take care man! Why are u so careless? Please be careful when driving okie?
Aaron was feeling damn high last night. I hope he's feeling okie now.
Got to know one of Aaron's friend and he happened to be a graduate from NYP and he used to be the Vice-President of SIT Club. (Ex-Excos, any idea who he is?)
Oh wells, his name is called Weiliang!
And when i heard the name Weiliang, i thought of Chermaine. Because she always talk about Wenliang. HAHA. (no link)
And that Weiliang's birthday falls on the same day as me.
Anyways, was glad to see Jeffrey and Esmond last night too....after like soooo long.

21st Birthday

So, i'm officially an ADULT.
Oh wells, my birthday was very well spent.
On Monday, TAN WEISHAN called and asked me to meet her for dinner.
She, Theo and Chuan Lim treated me to Pepper Lunch. /thanks.
And after that we walked down to Cine.
While we're walking towards the train station, bird shit fell on weishan's t-shirt. HAHA!
Was damn funny. and she couldn't stop screaming. (you should see the look on her face. LOLS.)

Tuesday itself was spent with the GEL babes.
Met them at 7pm.
Dinner-ed at Cine's Cafe Cartel.
And Rynthia is forever sooo noisy.
Oh, and i've free ice-creams. BUT, i din really eat it because i'm supposed to lick the ice-cream without any spoons.
As you can see, its a sabotage. So, yes...we wasted the ice-cream.

After that, somebody suggested to sabo me by asking me to dance PARA PARA.
Like WTH? Thank God, i did not.
BUT, they came up with another idea.
They sang me a birthday song outside LJS and i'm supposed to lick the cake as well.
While I was licking, Char1 pushed my face down.

Third sabo was WORST.
They wrapped me up with wrapping papers in the middle of HEEREN.
I was practically screaming and struggling. And obviously, MANY people were looking.
And i'm supposed to go around orchard asking for 21 signatures; with that ugly looking wrapping paper as my top.
Not only that, the last signature must be a 21 year old guy.
WTH? I was damn embarassed can?
All thanks to my dearest sis. She always have this kinda nonsense.
I think you people can engage her to plan for "how to sabo friends party". HAHA!

And so, i walked around Orchard Road with that "pretty" top and went around asking for 21 signatures.
Gosh, i had a hard time finding for people.
Worst still, i saw few of my friends.

Anyways, everything ended at around 1115pm.
I din managed to find a 21 year old guy.
Only managed to find a guy who is turning 21 this year and that guy just got release from the prison.

Oh wells, i did had an enjoyable 21 birthday (though i did silly things)
But hey, come to think of it, this only happen once! =)
I had fun! and im sure the girls had fun too!

[Long entry]

Past few days was fun.
I went out with different groups of people to celebrate my 21st birthday.
Thursday was lunch at Carl's Junior [VivoCity] with the usual six.
[Rest of them couldn't join us]
And that's when Shuling and myself went to F21 to fill in the application form.
And till now, still NO news.

School on Friday was OKIE.
Basically, i wasn't really paying attention to what the lecturer was talking during lesson.
That's because he speak too fast. And i was damn sleepy.
BUT, that doesn't mean i wasn't doing anything. I did pratical 7 while he was teaching practical 8.
During the 2 hours break, Dawn, Shuling and Myself went down to Specialist's Centre for another job interview.
Man, the queue was horrible. There were like soooooooo many applicants applying for the post.
Thank God, we were one of the few who got interviewed first.
Had lunch at Orchard Point and i think the mee rebus there sucks.
Skipped Intergrated Product Development lecture.
Come to think of it, i think so far i've only attended twice.
Gosh, and common test is coming.
OK, from this week onwards, I'm gonna attend EVERY lectures. =)

About 20 mins before IPD's lab lesson end, Dawn and Shuling came in to the lab with a slice of cake.
And obviously, i was freaking shocked. Because Friday is still too early for my birthday and i din expect them to buy.
I almost broke into tears as the classmates sang the Happy Birthday Song.
Surprisingly, Mr 'Spider' was kind enough to let us eat in the lab.

After night class, headed over to Geraldine's place.
After that, rushed home, changed and headed down to Zouk to meet Chermaine, Calvin Teo and Andrew.
I was glad that, despite them being tired, they still went ahead to celebrate my birthday.
And they made me feel so guilty because we missed the 1-4-1 offer all because of me.
Anyhows, i'm really glad they came. =)
Met Ah Fu, Xiao Xiong, Kenny and his GF + Jieying and Priscilla there as well.

Teo left us at around 215am because he has soccer match the next day.
So, the 3 of us continued to dance.
Chermaine and Andrew can really dance man. I was feeling damn shag after 3am.
Took many many pictures.... till chermaine lost her camera pouch. Which made me EVEN more guilty.
We stayed till 4am. Couldn't decide where to go for supper and we ended up at the prata shop opposite.
And yes, the prata taste like shit can?
Gossiped till around 5-isham. Cabbed home after that and it cost me 12 bucks!!!!

The next day, Grandma woke me up at 245pm.
Why? cos she wants me to eat my lunch. So cute la.
I din have any appetite though.
Took train down to Bugis to meet Kenneth, Peh Peh, Renli, Dawn, Sabby and Cheryl.
Dinner-ed at the $12 steamboat restaurant and we ate till freaking full.

Walked down to Suntec after dinner.
And that's where they surprised me with the laser show and a song dedication.
I was very very very touched by what they did.
Running here and there to buy cake, make dedications, singing birthday song and etc..

Sabby, Cheryl and Renli left us after that.
So, the rest of us walked down to Esplanade to slack.
The night ended off pretty well.
And i DID enjoyed my Saturday night with their company.

I was practically closing my eyes while bathing. haha.
So anyways, another surprised came after service.
Charmian went up to the 'stage' and announced to everybody that it's my 21st birthday on Tuesday and they sang me a birthday song.
While singing, Pearlyn came out of the room with a very huge cake.
I was stunned!! Because my aunt actually woke up early in the morning to get the cake. =)

Went over to Tampines to have Buffet lunch with my Family.
I ate soooooo many chilli crabs la. HAHA!
Uncle fetched grandma, cheryl and myself home. While the rest went shopping.

Took a train down to PS to meet the ITE mates.
Watched Blood Diamond and i must say its a fantastic show!
Dinner-ed at Newton Circus.
Oh wells, not exactly dinner. the 4 of us (Aaron, Alvin, HY and me) ordered carrot cake and oyster omelette to share because we were kinda full eating the popcorns and the nachos.
So, after Newton Circus, we drove down to Toa Payoh Lor 5 to eat AGAIN!!
I think i'm so gonna become fat SOON!

Past few days was indeed fun!
Thanks to all who celebrated with me.. And not forgetting the surprises as well.

Few days back, i went Rip Curl for an interview. (the outlet at Pacific Plaza)
The supervisor said she'll call me.
Till now, i received no call.
Expected i won't get hired because i can only work one weekend and two weekdays.

This was taken on the 27th of Dec. Super last minute outing.

And basically, the last few days of the year was either spent in school/church.
28th and 29th was Camp VF.
Expected 45 campers BUT only 19 pathetic campers turned up.
Nevertheless, we still had fun. =)

School on the first day was so-so.
OOAD lecture is boring as usual.
And because of me being so 'smart', i have to go to school on EVERY wed to attend the ~~damn~~ C++ remedial class.
After remedial, surprisingly, i visited the clubroom.
We had a CVF debrief and finally, CVF has officially come to an end.
Looking back, i think time flies. Man, already three events down.
And that means the next batch of excos are gonna take over SOON.

Great, i've just started on my C++ project.
Jasmine and me are totally clueless on how to do.
We only did up till inventory class and we couldn't go on anymore.

Vivocity with the usual gang after project to celebrate my birthday.
Went over to F21 and we saw this stand outside the store.
They were looking for retail assistant. Ahah!
Shuling went to ask for application. I saw her fill in, my backside itchy. So, I followed her.
The supervisor wants us to go back to their store again on friday for an interview with the store manager but sadly, we told her we had night class till 9.30pm!
There goes another job offer.

And i couldn't finish the freaking mushroom burger because its freaking huge.
I think there's something wrong with my appetite these days.

New year's eve was spent in Church.
Initially supposed to head to SOMEONE's place for mahjong. But, change of plans.
Wanted to head down Zouk with Chermaine and Calvin Teo but cover charge is freaking 38 bucks!
Want to how ex you tell me?
And so, i decided to be a good girl and head to Church for watchnight service.
Shopped at Tampines Mall with aunt, uncle and the 2 brats before going church.
Went in to Fox and my uncle is very irritating.
He kept choosing "BIMBOTIC" clothes for me because he says girls are bimbos.
like WTH?? And so, i call him BOBO!

Spent about 1/2 an hr in there trying clothes and etc.
Aunt bought a top for me.
Haha. it's good to go shopping with them cos i don't have to spend a single cent.
Dinner-ed at Sakae Sushi.
Ate till so damn full.

Watchnight service was alright.

I din prepare anything so i was like shivering when i went up.
And so, i took the opportunity to thank my aunt and uncle for bringing me up.
Without them, i think i wouldn't be what i am now.
Come to think of it, i think my bro, sis and myself won't even have a house to stay if it's not for them. And seriously, having to raise up SIX kids and 2 elderlys is NOT easy.
I know sometimes they have their difficulties, but nevertheless, they never failed to give up on us. And i really thank GOD for this whole 20 years, they brought me up as though i'm their own kid.
We do have our own ups and downs in the family, financial problems and etc. and sometimes i wished i wasn't in this family, but i know God has his own reasons for putting me in this family.
And i think i have enough. I should not ask for more. =)

After service, we ate again!
Thanks to the adults who cooked the food.
And the junior youths were so amazed by the blue sparkling juice.
We slacked in church till about 2.30am before we bid each other goodbye!
Reached home at 3am. Thanks to uncle Michael who offered us a lift home.

And yes, holiday is ending. Gosh, i so dislike school.
No, wait. i don't dislike school. i dislike my lecture hall mates to be exact.
Oh, and i failed my C++ paper. Hah! expected!
Remedial on wednesday.

I've received my first birthday present - The gold PUMA watch that i'm eyeing on for months.
Thank you sooooo much. -you people should know who you are-
I was damn touched when Dawn passed me the paper bag and said: "Nah, this is your birthday present."
I think Kenneth can act very well too. Pretend say go and buy things.
And throughout the whole night, i didn't suspect anything.
Why? cos it's still days away from my 21st birthday.
and I din expect them to buy it so fast and worst still, passed it to me so early.
But anyway, thanks alot. Seriously, i'm touched! /thanks to the 12 people who chipped in the watch.

Oh, i won't be holding a party for my 21st birthday.
Initially, i wanted to book a function room but it's too last minute.
Thought of booking a chalet also. But obviously, its too late to book now.
So, that's it. I'm not celebrating.

If you people never receive anything about my birthday celebration or whatsoever, its not because u are not invited.
Its because i'm not celebrating. =(

Polymates came over to church to watch The Journey on Saturday.
I hold back my laughter when i'm on the 'stage' because i was feeling a lil embarrassed.
I could see them trying to hold back their laughter too when they saw me acting on stage.
Anyhows, they said it was not bad. Glad they enjoyed the performance. =)
Light dinner after church, mingled around with the new comers. Introducing them to my church people and etc.
Left church at around 7.15pm.

Polymates visit to Glad Tidings Gateway Church

Went down town to have our Christmas feast.
Couldn't decide what to eat.
When we reached Orchard station, man....the crowd was horrible.
And it's not even the eve of Christmas yet.
Then somebody suggested Cafe Cartel. GREAT! We should have alighted at Somerset la.
We had a hard time sqeezing our way to Cine.

On the way to town

Dawn, Shuling and Myself had some seafood thingy shared among 3 people.
We couldn't finish our food. Thank God the guys were there to help us.
Shuling left soon after with her friend. (market value too wide. HAHA!)
The rest of us decided to walk down to Marina Sqaure to digest our food.
And we made it a point to have pit stop at every shopping centres so that we can take photos.
Apparantly, we only made THREE stops because Dawn and Jerome wanted to catch the last train home.

First stop: Heeren

Then, we walked down.....

Second stop: Plaza Singapura

We continued with our journey....

Third stop: The Cathay

And we ended our journey at Bugis because Dawn was worried that she couldn't catch the last train home.
Shawn, Wee and myself took 145 home and the bus was freaking HOT.
Reached home at around 12.45am.

Next day, as usual, church.
Had 'The Journey' part 2. This time round was for the adults. (open Sunday)
I think the youths did better on Saturday. Oh wells, we had fun though.
Buffet Lunch after service.
Slacked around in Church before heading to the Char's place for party.

Meilan and Myself went over to the Char's to rest first while the rest went home to get stuffs. Some went to collect gifts for our gift exchange.
Watched My Super Ex Girlfriend at their place and i fell asleep.
Celine came soon after. Followed by Rynthia.
At around 5-ish, we got changed and went down City Hall to meet the rest.
Had our dinner at Marina Square's Changing Appetites.
Ivoh and friends joined us and we waited for damn long cos we big group.
There's like 10 of us? and i think the manager sort of like damn pissed off with us.

We couldn't decide where to go after dinner.
So, we stood at a corner thinking what to do/where to go for like 45 mins?
We didn't want to head down Town because we had enough of last year. HAHA! We learnt our lesson.
Wanted to head down to some pubs to drink but charmian, meilan, celine, Ivoh and Kaili was underage.
And so, we went over to Esplanade to drink.
Bought one big bottle of Vodka, one big bottle of Bacardi (which i accidentally broke it. -damn-), one big bottle of sparkling juice (for aftermath), three/four big bottles of Green tea, one big bottle of Coke and Sprite.
Rynthia was the bartender for the night. As usual, she was damn high....and she couldn't stop laughing.
It's always great to have her around because she'll make us laugh like nobody's business.

We sabo-ed Hulbert cos it was his birthday. We made him do pole dancing infront of everybody.
And MANY people were looking. HAHA...damn funny la.
We made like alot of noises? Shouting: "Yum......yum yum yum yum......y...u...m....SENG, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!"
SUPER embarrassing...but it was fun. =)
We finished up all the Vodka and the Sparkling juice.

Sis bf came to fetch all of us to the Char's place.
The guys took cab there because sis bf's car could only squeeze max 8 people.
And so, we waited for Vic to arrive before exchanging our gifts. /I miss Vic.
Meilan got me a watch and i got her a Mango tee.

After everything, some went to bathe, some went down to the void deck to entertain the guys.
Hulbert is damn funny. He keeps guessing our school and our CCA and etc.
We were supposed to stay over at the Char's place but Kenny drove sis and me home in the end because we got to wake up early for family lunch the next day.
BUT, when i woke up the next day, my aunt says change of plans.
We're going for family dinner instead.

Oh man, I love Christmas!

Man. The rain has not stop since sunday evening.
This kinda weather make me wanna stay at home and not do anything.
Which is also a good thing because by staying home, i won't be spending money. =)
But then again, i'm getting bored staying at home everyday.
*sigh* we're just not contented with our lives.

Thank God it didn't rain last saturday.
Dawn, Kenneth and Myself went to Palawan Beach to tan.
I'm surprised i could wake up because the previous night, i reached home at 420am.
And i slept at like 5.30am?
Anyhows, the sun was good. We tanned till our eyes couldn't open.
We tanned till i felt sooooo sleepy. So i asked them to leave.
We left Sentosa at around 3+.

Walked till we all felt hungry. So, we decided to have Carl's Junior for dinner.
And because it was a Saturday, we had problem finding for seats.

The store practically sells everything for 2 bucks.
It reminds me of the very famous $1.99 shop few years back.

Dennis and 'gang' came over to find us because i had to pass him some stuff.
They went to some hot dogs restaurant for their dinner.
And the 3 of us (Dawn, Kenneth and me) left soon after.

Ok, i hope it won't rain on the 23rd and 24th of Dec.
Because that's when "THE JOURNEY" begins.

I remembered i had a diary during my secondary school days.
So, i went to search for that diary i wrote 4-6 years back.
I searched through my drawer and i saw that A4 sized book. It was my diary.
I flipped the pages, read the contents inside and i couldn't help but started laughing.
I didn't know i was so close to cheryl tan back then.
I miss Guiding days. I miss campfires. I miss singing campfire songs. I miss outdoor cooking and the list goes on and on.
I remembered I had a crush on this particular someone when i was 13.
I wrote to that someone a love letter and i left my pager number down (hoping that someone will give me a page)
Thinking back now, i think its damn funny.
I swear i wouldn't do that now. HAHA!

I spent the whole afternoon laughing at myself.
Because the terms i used back then was super funny.
Terms like, i saw her and her STEAD walking out of school. i sian diaoz. haiz...dis time i reali no mood liaoz.
Seriously, i couldn't stop laughing. I couldn't even remember i used those kinda words back then.
Haha...those were the days.

My aunt, sis and cousins are back from Bangkok.
They bought soooooo many food la.

Boring Friday

It's 420am now. Just got home. (from the usual place. for personal reason, i shall not mention where)
Sis, Aunt and my two cousins left for Bangkok yesterday afternoon.
Man, i so miss Bangkok la.
Seems like EVERYBODY is going to Bangkok.
Ok, i shall go back there next year.
SOMEBODY promised to go with me but promises are always meant to be broken eh?
Sad la. But nevermind. I'm used to broken promises already.

Oh wells, i was supposed to go catch a movie with WN.
But in the end i lied to him telling him i'm tired and etc.
I mean, is like we broke off 2 years ago? and he's attached now.
and i don't want people to talk. So, it's better not to hang out with him.

Ladies night on wed was freaking boring.
BUT, i have the company of my dearest devil.
Nobody can beat him in his mambo moves. and he don't wanna admit that he's the mambo king.
Like what sia? He really loves mambo that much? lols.
I still prefer the old mambo. Now, they change songs already. All like so boring one la.
We left mambo at around 2.30am. Priscilla sent charm, russ and me home. /thanks babe.

MOS was freaking crowded yesterday.
Thanks to Morris, Dawn and I went in after queing up for only 10 mins?
And thanks to Chris for the free invites.
Where were u the whole night? couldn't find u la! But anyway, thanks. =)

Had a great time with the girls. Dawn and Shuling. Not forgetting Dennis and his friends.
The whole night, we were practically trying to squeeze our way in to the dancefloor.
We gave up in the end. And left at 1.15am.
Walked over to the Mac at Liang Court. And i bumped into David (my ex microsoft collegue) there.
Chit chatted a lil and he left. I bumped into Stephanie too. And Jieying. And YiLun. And Nicholas and etc.
Surprisingly, everyone of them said the same thing. Hah! "It's too crowded."
Had supper at Mac. And Dennis Foo was kind enough to offer me a lift home.
Wanted to call Eileen along but Dennis couldn't make so many trips cos his "oh-so-wonderful" girlfriend was waiting for him.

Two more papers to go and its holidays!
C++ paper was a killer. -As usual-
And it was Business Process Optimisation (BPO) paper after that.
I'm aiming for an A for this module because i so want to take E-Logistics as my third year specialisation.
I've given up C++. Programming is just NOT my forte.

Oh wells, Flesh Imp gave me invites for their "Battle of the sexes" event at Zouk tomorrow.
I doubt i'll be going cos i'm damn broke. (though my backside is a lil 'itchy'. lols)
Oh yes, and it's MOS on sat.
Dawn and Shuling will be going down too. =)
So fun la. cos it's the first time dawn step into a club.

Encounter Camp

Weekend was spent at an Encounter Camp organised by FCBC.
Through this camp, i've learnt soooo many things. The joy of forgiveness, faith to heal the wounded soul, inner healing and etc.
It was a great experience. =)

This week is common test week.
Gosh, we're like having test marathon.
One test after another. KILL ME PLEASE!

[LONG ENTRY]

That's it. No more clubbing for me...for the next few months or so.
Aunt found out about my Zouk card last night.
Want to how sway you tell me? Zouk sent me the renewal letter soooooo bloody late la.
And yesterday, i received the renewal letter but i reached home late.
And so "lucky", my aunt went to look at the letter "rack" and saw this postcard that says: Your ZOUK membershipcard is ready for collection. -Damn-
Why must it be yesterday????
Two bad news in a day.
But somehow, i'm feeling damn guilty cos my aunt actually msged me this morning and said she trust me.
I think i'll stay at home for the time being and i shall be a good girl..........yes, i will!

Skipped Electronics lecture cos the lecturer was wasting his time downloading some stupid flash.
So, shuling, dawn and myself decided to head to town.
It has been ages since i last stepped into town. Slacked at Far East Gelare.

Having night class on a friday night is darn boring.
Especially when it's programming lesson.
Can you imagine? TEN hours of lesson, from morning all the way to night?
Normally, after 6 my brain will stop functioning..That explains why i suck at C++.
And having to spend Friday nights in school is like, there's no life!
The whole class agreed to change our night class to Thursday BUT due to someone, we have to stick to friday instead.
Oh wells, we have nothing to say........

We had two hours of break every friday.
Went for lunch at Mac with the cliques. And we've already set a date for our escape theme park.
All thanks to me, we are getting in free (i have 4 free tickets) =)
We walked slowly to our lecture hall at LTQ7.
Slacked in there, waiting for the lecturer.

And it was "spider's" lesson after that.IPD Module is one of the most diffucult module in this semester.
I've no idea what am i going to during the lab test (though its an open book test) because i DON'T understand anything. =(

It was supposed to be a farewell dinner for her.
S11 reminds me of the orientation days.......man, it has been months since i last stepped into there.

I screwed up the KFC TV Commercial audition.
I screwed up the Stock Library Photo shoot.
Damn~ I am so not going to get selected. =(

I went for GUESS interview yesterday after school.
And i think i won't get selected either because i gave the boss some stupid answers.
She was asking me how do i handle fussy customers?
I gave her a damn stupid answer.
And she said she'll call me if i get shorlisted.
So obvious...... I already know the answer!

Been struggling with school work these days, especially C++ and that Spider's lesson.
Seriously, I really admire people who are good at programming.
I don't understand a single shit about C++.
Oh, and today 3 lecturers came in to our lab and did a surprise spot check on us.
I got caught for two offence. -Coloured hair and slippers.. wtf?
I think the spot check is damn dumb. It feels as though we are still in secondary school.....

And I'm damn broke now. I'm surviving with less than $100 in my bank.
Please remind me that i owe KENNETH NG 20 bucks for that sports champ t-shirt.

My agency sent me a sms this afternoon asking me to go for an audition for KFC TV commercial shoot tomorrow at 12 noon at 2 Oceans. Where the hell is that?
I'm like soooo excited now. But in the meantime, kinda scared because this is my FIRST time 'acting' infront of a director and tv crew. Sooo shy la~
I called my agency in the night to re-confirm about the timing and venue.
Then, Orchid (sort of like my boss) asked me this:
Orchid: "Gladys, can you struggle for another audition?"
Me: "Huh? struggle? what u mean?"
O: "Okie, i have another offer. It's on some stock library ad. And i've told the casting director about you. He's very interested to work with you and he has short list you to go down for audition. Fee will be $350."
Me: -i paused for awhile cos i din know what to say- "erm.....i don't mind trying, you let me know the details again?"
O: "ALright, i'll send u some tips on what to do during an audition, because i know this is your first time. and i'll send you the details on the stock library ad."
Me: "Ok. Thanks!"

Seriously, i'm not trying to show off or what.
I'm just too lost for words. I mean i'm sure there are other prettier/experienced models in the agency right?
I'm just like a nobody. All i did was a hairshow!

Oh wells, it doesn't matter if i got selected or not.
At least i can gain the experience and i can get to see how an ad is being shot.
But, if you are offered this kinda offer? Who don't want to get selected?? lols.

The gathering was OKAY!
Not many people turned up though.
We met each other at Cine's Pastamania to have our Brunch.
People who turned up were: Sally; the beautiful, Shu Hui; the rebonded hair, ShuZhen; the never changing, Margaret; the forever "auntie", Dawn; the bestie, Anis; the diva and myself.
We were crapping at Pastamania, talking about the gooooood old days.
Then we walked over to Cheers to meet that Geok Leng.
She couldn't join us in the gathering cos she was working. But i'm glad she took time off to meet us during her break time.
And that Margaret have to leave. Like what sia!
She organised the gathering and she left just like that?
Josephine another one. NEVER even turn up. Walao. tsk tsk tsk.
Nevermind. I'm sure there will be another gathering......i hope!

The rest of us walked around Heeren.
Waited for that Miss Evelyn, KaiMing and Liping to arrive.
We took many many photos. Like as though we won't be meeting anymore.
We walked down to Far East as some of us wanna shop.
The journey from Heeren to Far East was damn weird. Cos i can sense people looking at us.
Can you imagine? TEN of us walking together? Damn funny...but, i like. =)

We went our seperate ways after 9pm.
Took 143 home with ShuHui and we had a goooood time catching up with each other.

Oh wells, i'm glad the gathering turns out fine. But its kinda sad to see ONLY a few of us.

To check if it's really fate (for us to eat LJS) we decided to toss a coin AGAIN.

I finally finised reading the gossip girl novel.
I think i'm going to make it a point to read at least 2 storybooks per month.
For a girl like me, who hardly reads storybooks, 2 is actually quite alot to me already.
So, i'm gonna start this reading habit of mine soon. =)

Yesterday, i had some "emo" session with the usual people.
And i'm sorry Chloe and Calvin, i know i was damn aggitated on the bus. I just couldn't find ways to vent my anger.
I'm glad i let everything out. But - to the wrong people.
But anyway, thanks for being there. :-)
We had our usual oh-so-wonderful dinner at Marina Square's LJS.
I swear i couldn't stop laughing. Because Professor Teo is always full of nonsense.
And then we walked over to Esplanade, where we usually have our emo talk there.

We left esplanade at around 10.30pm.
Chloe; as usual went to get her ice-cream.

Yesterday after school, i headed down to my mum's shop at Hougang.
Passed her the bag i bought for her at Bangkok and in the meantime "tuition" my small step sis. She's so cute la.
Left mum's shop at around 5.15pm. Realised that i'm late already because im supposed to meet cher and gang 640 at Clarke Quay.
I went home, i rushed like mad. Reached Clarke Quay around 7.15pm. Cher, Jenny, big Merv and May was at Liang Court eating dinner.
Goodness...i had a HARD time searching for Liang Court. I had no idea where Liang Court is. I asked like 3 security guards? and all of them told me different directions.
Wah lau, cher & gang: why go to such a "wu lu" place to eat???
After i met them, we walked over to MOS. Met tang at the entrance and we all got in through the guestlist cos of Rachel and Kamal.

Firebrands was performing at MOS last night.
If it isn't free, i wouldn't have went because i'm not the "rock" kinda person.
Tang and I was feeling damn bored.
Saw YongJin working there (as a server) and he served us our Jack Daniel Coke.
Oh, and i got a free coke from him. =)

Anyways, the band finished playing at around 10pm.
All of them went up to the second level to meet the band while tang and i stayed downstairs, looking at our watches. What only!
I was feeling damn bored la. [so sorry cher]
We left MOS at around 11.15pm cos we wanted to catch the last train.
I walked down to Chinatown with tang to take 143 home.
He was "complaining" to me about his attachment and etc. haha. damn cock la he.

I love Tuesdays! Because i love to attend the electronics lesson. (It reminds me of my ITE days)
And Tuesdays lesson seems soooo relax. =)

After school, I went down town to meet Jeslyn Darling.
While waiting for her, i saw this group of people wearing some vampire costumes and their face was painted with black, red and white paint.
I THINK they are students who attended some halloween party or whatever.
I looked at them, i wanted to like go up to them and tell them they are very daring. But obviously, i didn't.
Jeslyn arrived shortly. It's ALWAYS fun to hang out with her. We make it a point to meet once in a month to update on each other about our personal life. And i'm glad to hear that her relationship with her current bf is still going strong.

Had BK for dinner cos the both of us were on budget.
Spent like 1 1/2 hours at BK talking non-stop. We laughed like mad because she shared with me stories of her "abnormal" customers. (She's working at Lancome btw)
And i swear the people at BK were looking at us because we kept laughing.
After which, We walked around Taka and lastly, we went to our all time favourite shop - Forever 21.
I think i prefer the outlet at VivoCity. Much neater and bigger. =)

Oh, and its MOS this Thursday. Heard from the tall and pretty girl that there's some band performing and free flow of chivas? (is that right CHERmaine?)
And since, i've not been to MOS YET, decided to just head down and take a look.

So, school has started for two weeks already.
And my timetable for this sem sucks. I have to spend my Friday nights in SCHOOL!
But i kinda like the modules we're taking this sem. C++ is NOT included by the way.

Oh wells, my Bangkok trip was great!
We couldn't catch the weekend market at ChaTuChak because we reached BK at around 4pm.
To cut the story short, i guess the three of us had fun! Shopping like a queen. Eating like a princess. HAHA!

Dental Appointment

Yesterday after my dental appointment, i received a call from Shawn.
He said he and HW in Bugis. So, i went down Bugis to meet them. Followed by Dawn.
Jerome wasn't there cos he was sick. (Poor boy, i think he's suffering from the I-Miss-*ahem* sickness. lols.)
After we met, we walked around Bugis and we saw many secondary school kids.
It's soooo irritating cos they act big. Take out their cigarettes and smoke.
Like hello?? WE wasn't like that when we were in secondary school ok?

Hello Cheapos!

We couldn't decide where to go. Then somebody (i can't remember who) says:" let's indulge in a big feast."
Everybody agreed because none of us ate lunch. And by then, it was already 5pm+ going 6.
And so, we walked all the way from Bugis to Suntec. We decided on Sakae Sushi Dinner Buffet.
While walking, i saw this nice car....

It's nice cos its RED. HAHA!

Anyway, guess what? When we reached Suntec, the staff told us that they DON'T offer dinner buffet anymore. Like wth?
The next nearest place is Funan.
So, we walked ALL THE WAY from Suntec to Funan. Want to how far you tell me?
We reached Funan at 6.10pm.
The buffet only starts at 6.30pm and so we have like 20 mins to slack.

We were one of the few to get seats.
And then we started our eating spree.

And the 4 of us were super full.

Oh wells, i never like to play Arcade games anyway.
After Daytona, they went to play some basketball game. Sooo funny la.

I was approached by a guy at Orchard Tunnel.
He said he's a movie director at Mediacorp. And he asked if i'm interested to be in his drama.
I thought it was a very cool experience and i get to see artistes, so i said Ok.
I reported at MediaCorp the next day. The director and his team of collegues welcomed me.
They are a very bunch of nice people. They showed me around Mediacorp studio and etc..
Then, i went in to this room. The director introduced me to Jacelyn Tay, who will be acting as my older sister in his drama.
He intro-ed me to Felicia Chin too. (Who will be acting as my best friend) And Julian Hee who will be my on-screen boyfriend.
I was shocked to meet all of them. They are so so so so friendly. And they look so much better in person.
And so, after all the introduction and all, we started our filming.
My first scene was, i have to look like i'm sleeping damn soundly and Jacelyn Tay have to come in to my room and wake me up for my first day of school at Uni.
All went well until my HP alarm rang.

And then i realised.........DAMN, it was all just a DREAM!!!
Hah! So much of being the next big thing.

Yesterday, i met up with my poly classmates. It was a last min thing.
As HW says we have not met since the school holidays.
And so, we (Jerome, Shawn, Hongwee, Dawn and myself) met 3.30pm in town.

I forgot to bring the damn free movie ticket. I din realised until i was on the train. WTH?

Oh, i think Stay Alive is NOT worth the money.
Our movie was at 6pm and we came out of the cinema at 7.20pm.
An hr + only. Waste money!
And NOT so nice also. i think i'll give 3 1/2 stars. Wait. Not even! 2 stars!

So, after movie we walked around town.
Went to Heeren to take our budget neo-print. lols.
And then, we walked over to Cine and had BK for dinner.

Phuture was crowded like MAD.

Oh wells, i left at 3.15am (Chermaine: 3.15AM hor. not 2! haha.)
Was kinda boring last night cos the dj wasn't Andrew Chow.

The haze is killing me!!!! Woke up with a terrible flu and a SLIGHT asthma. *sigh*

Ladies Night again

Last night Phuture was fun!
At least i have the space to dance compared to other days where i have to squeeze like mad.
But one thing about yesterday was, we perspire like MAD cos we were dancing at the place with no air-con.
Something funny happened at Phuture. and till now, i'm still damn paiseh about it.
Chermaine's friend whose name is called Hakim, tapped me and asked "Hey, where's Chermaine?" BUT i overheard it as "Where's CHARmaine?"
So, i went to point to him and said "She's there." And worst, i went to pull Charmaine's hand.
And he said.."No No..CHERmaine."
I was like ........................and i immediately said sorry!
I mean, how would i know chermaine's friend? And i was kinda shocked he tapped me and asked about her.
Chermaine, help me say sorry to your friend ah. =)

I left phuture at around 2.15am.
Went over to the prata shop to get a drink.
Shared a cab with Joseph and I must say he's a very nice guy.
CHARM: I know what you are thinking. But don't anyhow anyhow ah. He's attached! lols.

Hmmm...so, after much consideration. I've decided NOT to head down school for the exco lantern festival gathering due to some personal reasons.

I've finished watching Endless Love. (Qiu Tian De Tong Hua - to be exact)
Been staying at home for the past few days just to finish watching the show.
And all in all, i used up 1 1/2 packet of tissues. DAMN sad can?
I think i'm gonna stay home for the next few days also.
School is starting in a week's time. I need to rest.

Gosh, i think i've got diarheoa (no idea how to spell)
Been going to the toilet for like 3 times a day? haha....Wonder what have i ate.
*sigh* that means my ladies night is GONE!!! =(

Oh wells, I'm heading down Zouk on Friday....got to go and take "attendance" before my card expires. What only!

Friday was my last day of work. Like finally can?
I can sleep and eat like a pig for two weeks before the new semester starts.
Been watching a Korean show (Endless Love) lately. Though this drama was like few years back, i still think this is the best Korean show so far.
And i cried like MAD la. Damn sad. Haha! I think i'll prolly spend my two weeks at home by watching VCD, packing my cupboard and whatever things that need to be done.

After work on Friday, i headed down to Tanah Merah to meet Dawn for our mini ITE MMT2L gathering cum celebrating Gabriel's 20th birthday.
(The gathering doesn't involve the whole class by the way. It's only within ourselves.)
We walked over to Jesper's house and we got lost. I think we spent like 20 mins walking and searching?
And so, Dawn and myself waited at the playground for jesper to pick us up.
By the time we reached his place, the guys had already started barbequeing.
And one thing for sure is, GUYS are better in cooking than girls. =)

Oh it's Ladies Night

Yesterday after work, rushed home bathed and went out to meet Aaron for dinner at Heeren's Sakae. We were supposed to meet at 8.30pm but i was 15 mins late.
Happened to see Alson and YingHuan at Sakae Sushi as well. Din noticed them until Aaron says: "Hey, that Red colour guy is ur friend ah? he keeps looking back!" Haha!
After dinner, we wanted to just walk around and wait for Chermaine to arrive. But, so happen that we bump into Charles and his gf.
And so the 4 of us waited for Chermaine. (since all of us were heading to the same place)
That Chermaine ah... forever take so long to meet me one. tsk tsk tsk!
AFter she arrived, Charles drove all of us to Zouk.
Reached Zouk at 10.30PM and the queue was MAD! This is my first ladies night ever since 789453 months ago! lols.

Saw many friends there. I wonder what's happening last night. The Queue was Madness la.
Thank God i din have to queue and the bouncer is so nice because he let Chermaine in together with me.
By right, my privelledge card is only entitled to myself only. Oh wells, who cares anyway? As long as both of us are in! haha.
Went to Phuture and reserve a place to dance. Damn kiasu right?
Hello? If we dont "reserve" we will have no space to dance okie?

Saw that Shunxiong and Kenny. They forever there one lah. want to act cool. What only!
Then at 11pm, more and more people are coming in. By then, Zouk/Phuture has placed the sign FULL HOUSE outside the entrance.
Thanks to Kenny..Chloe, Benita and their friend; Jasmine managed to enter.
Went to order a jug of Vodka Ribena. 1-4-1.
I din drink much cos i was having cramps.

We proceeded to Mambo after awhile because R&B was too packed.
They (Chloe, Chermaine, Benita and Jasmine) drank till damn high.
Especially Chloe ah. Haha..i din know she can be sooo "crazy" when she's so high.
First time clubbing with her and Benita. I wonder will there be a second time???
I guess we all had fun. =)
We left at around 2.20am because most of us got to wake up early.

I slept at 3am and woke up at 7am.
Freaking FOUR hours of sleep only.
And my eyes were closing during work.
Oh wells, everything is coming to an end soon!
Infact, today is my last day at that dirty, dusty warehouse! No more of travelling to TUAS early in the morning.
Reporting back to main office tomorrow and tomorrow is my LAST Day of work. Yayness!!

Btw, i've deleted a few people from my links. NOT because i dont visit or whatsoever.
Is because it's encoded with password. And since u people never reveal the password to me, that means it's like a secret blog or something.

WELLA Hair Show

Yesterday, i went back school to attend my first meeting as an exco.
Somehow i feel soooo weird. Like i'm in my own world.
We are playing this Angel and Mortal game. And i left after i pick my mortal.
Went down town to meet Aaron and Charles.
Slacked at Wheelock's starbucks talking craps.
Charles was saying my chinese cannot make it. Cos i was telling Aaron: "Bu yao wei le yi ge shu, fang xia zheng ge shu"
Both of them were laughing at me... What only! Not as if their chinese can make it.
I parted with them at around 6.45pm.
Went to meet Elizabeth for dinner. Was craving for Mac for the past few days.
So, we went to Lucky Plaza's Mac. Nothing much.
We left soon after.

I got through the Audition!!
I was actually quite surprised because the stylist who's incharged of me says that he's looking for models with smooth thin hair.
Look at my hair? Sooo DRY can? and freaking thick la.
I was prepared to go off already then suddenly he said i want you. HAHA!
Think is because my hair condition too bad already.

Goodness, i was at Wella Studio from 10AM ALL the way to 5.45PM.
Michael (the hair stylist) asked us - us as in his chosen models. not to worry because he says he's the top hair stylist in New Zealand. And he says he will make us look good.
BUT i'm still fcuking scared can? this is my first time doing something like that. (to be exact, a hair show!)
What if the outcome turns out to be...............i think i won't step out of the house till my hair grows.
He's gonna cut my fringe short la. I HATE SHORT FRINGE!!!
I just HOPE it'll turns out fine...and NICE...and SUITS my face.

Oh..the show is on Tuesday by the way.
I kinda regret now. I don't know how will i look like man. *sigh*

Loose wire

My internet cable/wire or whatever u call that is loose.
So, i got to pluck the internet cable into the phone line. That means i can only use the internet during the wee hours (where there's no phone call).
I'm desperately in need of a NEW comp. and looks like i can't psycho my dad for a laptop. There goes my 21st birthday pressie... =(
Oh wells, at least my mum is sponsoring me for my bangkok trip. So not that bad. Hah!
MAE, I can't wait to go Bangkok la. Let's go and check out the price SOON okie?

I just got home 20 mins ago from Melvin's BBQ.
Met Chloe at Tampines first. And melvin drove us to his place.
Chloe and me couldn't stop gossiping because we were soooooo bored la.
The guys had their own conversation and everybody is like doing their own stuffs. So what else can we do?

Oh Anyways, last night, i went down Zouk with Jinyong, the tall and pretty Chermaine, Andrew and their look alike Ben Yeo friend; Jerry.
It was yet another LAST minute thing.
Was out in town with Dawn. Followed by dinner with that Jinyong. Then out of a sudden, i received a phone call from that tall and pretty chermaine asking me to go club..
And since it is a Friday night, who wants to go home early? So i said anything loh.
WAS supposed to meet the group of them at around 11pm but JY and me waited for soooo long that we headed zouk ourselves.
Saw that Char in the toilet. And i met the usual clubbers there.
Chermaine and gang arrived at zouk at 12AM+++
Made us wait sooooooooooooo long la. (Chermaine, u owe me one ah)

Then after awhile, char came over to join me.
Got to know this guy at Phuture and guess what? He stays just DIRECTLY opposite me.
The whole conversation was damn funny la.
And i'm soooo pissed cos Phuture was fcuking packed.
So anyway, we went for supper and i got a free ride home. =)
Reached home at 5.10AM and my grandma was nagging like mad.

Oh, i'm heading to WELLA's model audition tomorrow at ParkMall.
Was kinda shocked that i got shortlisted.
Pray for me that i'll get chosen okie? =)

I took half day off to visit the dental clinic.
Met my cousin 3pm at Little India station because i don't know where the clinic is.
She recommended me her dentist. Infact my whole family is seeing that dentist now.
When we reached the clinic, the nurse said: "Dr Simon will not in town for three weeks."
I was like WTH? I could have stayed in office and earn another 20 bucks.

So anyway, since i'm out, decided to head over to Chinatown to get the materials for my belt and necklace.
All in all, i spent 9.50 on the materials. Thanks to Vic's Aunt, she gave me a $1 discount. =)

I'm like damn broke now. Been spending alot on food lately.
During lunch time today, had Thai Express with Char1.
Few days back, i visited Coffee Club, Pastamania and NYDC.
And tomorrow, i'm having Sakae Sushi for dinner.
Oh man...i think starting from Wed, i'm gonna eat cup noodles. HAH!

*sigh* Looks like i've been missing out alot on SIT-Club.
I have no idea what's going on or what's happening.
And the people in there has already bonded together.
I think they should consider kicking me out. lols.

Initially, i thought i don't have to work on Thursday and Friday but my oh-so-wonderful boss asked cheryl and me to go back to TUAS and settle the unpacked documents.
Like wtf? Can't he settle everything at one go?
So anyway, yesterday we self declare knock off at 3.45pm! (We were supposed to end work at 5.30pm by the way)

Took an hour+ to reach home. I sat on the train till my buttocks pain.
Reached home, bathed and rushed out to meet Jeslyn.
The last time we met was 6 months ago. We always try to make time for each other to update on each other.
Had dinner at Heeren's NYDC. We talked till we forgot the time. Hah! There's sooooooo much things to talk about man!
By the time we walked over to Far East, was already 8.45pm.
Had some quick shopping and we both went home with a shopping bag. =)

Was shopping halfway, received a call from char asking me to go down zouk.
At first was thinking if i should go (cos i was carrying a big bag) but since i din want to go home so early, i agreed.
Met her outside zouk at 11.30pm.
Felt kinda extra somehow cos she was with her friends.
So, i went in to get a chop and went out to accompany HK for a drink at the coffeeshop opposite.
Accompanied him till around 12.15am then went in to look for Char/Anna.
The toilet outside Phuture was packed like hell. I queued for about 10 mins.
Zouk's toilet was worst.
Anyways, i left phuture at about 2.45am.
Talked to Char and her GF outside zouk before heading home.

Reached home, went online. Chatted with that Xavier.
He's damn funny can?
He's back at JB now...and i told him i wanna go JB before school starts.
He agreed to be my tour guide. HAHA! What only!
